Expedition policy

To ensure the good delivery of your package within the announced time, please ensure that your address is properly registered and includes all relevant information and / or required. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, property or accommodation numbers is essential to ensure a timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or poorly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or misunderstood at the time of purchase.

DELAY OF TREATMENT

All orders are subject to a separate treatment time, with the exception of the time it takes for a forwarding to the destination once it has been removed from our treatment center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time of the orders is 1 to 4 days (workers) but 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Please note that orders can take from 16 to 25 working days for France from the date of shipmentand from 20 to 30 working days in the rest of the world.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse a shipment from the puppet or Planet of Puppets, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the costs of return of the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any emitted credit.

 

Delivery declarations

If you notice a non-delivery or the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but that you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim at the address: contact@lemondelamarionte.com

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the complaint process. Please note that the processing of applications can take up to 30 days.

We assume no responsibility for parcels that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We shall not issue any refund or credit for the parcels whose carrier confirms the delivery.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items are out of stock (unavailable within 14 days): We will ship the rest of your order, paying back according to your original payment method for Articles in rupture. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple parcels for the same order if it is composed of several items.
